GreenScape Environmental Sciences (Pty) Ltd is pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for the professional services of a qualified Biologist to be deployed in South Africa Johannesburg and the surrounding Gauteng metropolitan area. This Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of biological and ecological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting required for the referenced project. The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management, and a minimum of eight (8) years of practical experience in terrestrial and aquatic ecology within the South African context.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or resource availability.
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Biologist, field equipment, laboratory consumables, and reporting. No additional charges will be incurred unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon submission of the draft Biological Impact Assessment, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Biologist assigned to this project will operate in full compliance with all applicable South African legislation, including NEMA, the National Water Act (36 of 1998), the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act (10 of 2004), and the relevant by-laws of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
- Fieldwork will be conducted in South Africa Johannesburg and the broader Gauteng Province. The Biologist will adhere to all site-specific health and safety protocols and will carry valid professional indemnity insurance of no less than R 5,000,000.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Biologist and GreenScape Environmental Sciences (Pty) Ltd retain the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Any variation in scope, additional monitoring stations, or extended fieldwork beyond the 15 days specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by GreenScape Environmental Sciences (Pty) Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of the Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the deposit has been received in full.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein for the engagement of the Biologist services in South Africa Johannesburg.
