The Biologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a closely related life science discipline from an accredited institution in South Korea or an internationally recognized university. The candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in field ecology, environmental biology, or applied biological sciences. 4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in South Korea Seoul.
- All pricing is denominated in Korean Won (KRW). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Hanul Scientific Consulting Co., Ltd. in Seoul.
- Payment schedule: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory analysis phases, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final EIA report and biodiversity inventory.
- The Biologist's engagement is subject to a standard service agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional sampling sites, or extended laboratory testing beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplemental cost assessment issued as an addendum to this document.
