1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Madrid BioConsult S.L. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Biologist for the environmental compliance project located in Spain Madrid. 3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Spain Madrid professional services sector.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified Biologist or, where specified, by a supervised team under the direct responsibility of the lead Biologist. The Biologist's professional liability is covered by a policy with Aseguradora Iberia, Policy No. IB-2025-77812, with a coverage limit of €2,000,000.
- Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the Biodiversity Impact Assessment Report, and 20% upon completion of the final Ecological Management Plan. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Madrid BioConsult S.L., IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332.
- The Biologist shall comply with all applicable Spanish and European environmental legislation, including the Ley 42/2011 del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad and Directive 2009/147/EC (Birds Directive) as transposed into Spanish law.
- All fieldwork conducted in the Spain Madrid region shall adhere to the safety protocols established by the Comunidad de Madrid and the client's site-specific health and safety plan.
- Intellectual property of all reports, data sets, and management plans produced by the Biologist shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Madrid BioConsult S.L. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties. Additional services requested beyond this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate issued by the Biologist's project team.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Biologist services to be delivered in Spain Madrid. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
