- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Biologist may be subject to revision.
- All services will be performed by a licensed and certified Biologist registered with the relevant professional college in the Spain Valencia region, holding a minimum of five years of post-graduate field experience.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final biological report.
- Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of issue via bank transfer to the account details provided by Valencia BioConsult S.L.
- All work will comply with the Spanish Environmental Code (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Suelo y Rehabilitación Urbana), the Valencia Regional Environmental Law, and applicable EU directives on habitat and species protection.
