This Quotation Estimate is issued by Colombo Environmental & Biological Sciences Consultancy (CEBSC) to provide the services of a qualified Biologist for the coastal biodiversity assessment project located in the Colombo Bay area of Sri Lanka Colombo. The Biologist engaged under this quotation will conduct comprehensive field surveys, laboratory analysis, species identification, ecological impact assessments, and the preparation of detailed scientific reports in accordance with the standards set by the Department of Environmental Protection of Sri Lanka. All fieldwork and laboratory activities will be conducted within the Colombo District, Sri Lanka Colombo, and its immediate coastal zones.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Biologist services described herein are subject to availability. A confirmed booking must be received within the validity period to secure the specified Biologist's schedule.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final report. All payments to be made in LKR via bank transfer to CEBSC's account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Branch.
- The Biologist will comply with all environmental regulations, wildlife protection laws of Sri Lanka, and local by-laws applicable in the Colombo District.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional fieldwork days, or extended laboratory analysis will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- CEBSC reserves the right to substitute the assigned Biologist with a professional of equivalent or higher qualification, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. CEBSC retains the right to anonymized data for academic publication.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka Colombo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Biologist services to be rendered in Sri Lanka Colombo. The engagement shall commence within ten (10) working days of the acceptance date, subject to fieldwork permit approvals from the relevant Sri Lankan authorities.
