The Biologist engaged under this estimate holds a Doctorate in Environmental and Agricultural Biology from the University of Khartoum, with over twelve years of field experience conducting research in the Sudanese ecological context. All services are to be performed in compliance with the national regulations of the Republic of Sudan and the specific operational guidelines of the client organization.
The Biologist shall perform the following duties and deliverables as part of this engagement in Sudan Khartoum:
- Conduct a full biodiversity and soil microbiology survey across a minimum of twelve (12) designated agricultural plots in the Khartoum North and Khartoum East districts.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Biologist are subject to revision without prior notice.
- A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated amount, i.e., USD 7,700.00, is required to confirm the engagement and schedule fieldwork in Sudan Khartoum.
- The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fourteen (14) days of the final report delivery and client acceptance.
- All work shall be conducted in accordance with the environmental and occupational health safety standards applicable in the Republic of Sudan.
- The Biologist reserves the right to suspend fieldwork in the event of adverse weather conditions, security advisories, or force majeure events affecting the Khartoum region.
- Any additional services or scope changes requested by the client beyond the original scope shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval prior to execution.
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with Sudanese commercial law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Biologist in Sudan Khartoum. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
