The Biologist engagement under this Quotation Estimate is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025 and is projected for completion by 30 November 2025. All fieldwork activities within Switzerland Zurich will be coordinated in accordance with seasonal biological constraints and local municipal regulations. Interim progress reports will be submitted to the client at 30-day intervals.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Biologist services in Switzerland Zurich may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork; 30% upon final delivery of all reports and regulatory documentation.

Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order and may result in additional charges.
