3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
3.2 Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of East African Biological Consultants Ltd., National Bank of Commerce, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-8872-1123. An equivalent amount in US Dollars may be accepted at the prevailing Bank of Tanzania (BoT) interbank rate on the date of payment.
3.3 The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable Tanzanian laws, including the National Environment Management Act, the Wildlife Management Authority regulations, and local by-laws of the Dar es Salaam City Council.
3.4 All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment. The Biologist retains the right to use anonymized data for academic publication with prior written consent.
3.5 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional Biologist hours or extended fieldwork in Tanzania Dar es Salaam will be billed at the rates specified in this document.
3.6 The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, access rights, and community clearances required for fieldwork. The Biologist will provide technical guidance in the permit application process.
3.7 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, political instability, or public health emergencies), the timeline of this Quotation Estimate may be extended by mutual written agreement.
3.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 33 of the Laws of Tanzania.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Biologist services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The engagement shall commence within five (5) working days of written confirmation and full mobilization payment (30% of total).
