This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a binding service agreement will be executed between the client and Anatolia BioConsult Ltd. Payment terms are structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signing, forty percent (40%) upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (Items 01 through 04), and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final acceptance of the comprehensive report and all supporting documentation.
All fieldwork conducted by the Biologist in Turkey Istanbul will adhere to the Turkish Environmental Law No. 2872, the Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment, and applicable Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality zoning and ecological protection ordinances. The Biologist will carry full professional liability insurance valid throughout the duration of the engagement.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional site visits, or extended laboratory analyses beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and a revised cost estimate approved by both parties prior to execution.
The total estimated project duration is twenty-six (26) working weeks from the date of contract commencement. The Biologist will submit a detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule within five (5) business days of contract signing. All deliverables will be submitted in both Turkish and English to facilitate regulatory review by authorities in Turkey Istanbul and any international stakeholders.
Note: By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biologist in Turkey Istanbul. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
