This Quotation Estimate is issued by Marine & Environmental Sciences Consultancy LLC to provide the scope, schedule, and financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Biologist to conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments, biodiversity surveys, and ecological monitoring programmes within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region. The Biologist will be responsible for all fieldwork, laboratory analysis coordination, data interpretation, and the preparation of final technical reports in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency (ADEA) and the UAE Federal Authority for Environmental Protection.

- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment upon completion and submission of the EIA report and biodiversity baseline documentation.
- 30% final payment upon successful delivery of the final monitoring report and closure of all ADEA compliance requirements.
- All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams via bank transfer to the account details specified in the attached invoice. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region.
- The Biologist and all supporting personnel shall hold valid UAE work permits and comply with all local labour and immigration regulations.
- All data collected by the Biologist during fieldwork in Abu Dhabi shall remain the intellectual property of the client, subject to a non-disclosure agreement executed prior to commencement of work.
- The Biologist shall adhere to all ethical guidelines for wildlife research as prescribed by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
- Any change in scope, additional monitoring sites, or extended duration beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal variation order and supplementary quotation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the definitive service agreement referencing this document.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be resolved through the courts of Abu Dhabi.
