- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai labor and services sector.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the second month of Biologist engagement, and the remaining 20% upon delivery and approval of the final scientific report. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to our designated corporate account in Dubai.
- Scope Modifications: Any changes to the scope of the Biologist's duties, additional field sites, or extended project timelines must be agreed upon in writing through a formal Change Order. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- Compliance: The Biologist and all supporting staff shall comply with all applicable UAE federal and Dubai municipal regulations, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Law No. 11 of 1999 on Environmental Protection, Dubai Municipality Environmental Protection Department guidelines, and the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Visa & Work Permits: The cost of obtaining UAE work visas, Emirates ID, and medical fitness certificates for the Biologist team is included in the accommodation and logistics line item. The client shall provide necessary sponsorship documentation within five (5) business days of contract signing.
- Confidentiality: All data, samples, and findings generated by the Biologist during the course of this engagement in the United Arab Emirates Dubai shall remain the exclusive property of the client. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in the UAE.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Biologist services to be rendered in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
