The total estimated duration for completion of all Biologist deliverables under this Quotation Estimate is 48 working days (approximately 10 calendar weeks) from the date of contract execution. The project will be conducted primarily on-site in the United States Houston area, with supplementary laboratory and report-writing phases performed at our Houston, Texas office. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract signing.

  • Payment Schedule: 30% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% due upon completion of fieldwork; 30% due upon final report delivery and client approval.
  • Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Rates are subject to revision after the expiration date.
  • Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of report revisions are included at no additional charge. Additional revisions will be billed at the Biologist's standard hourly rate of $295/hour.
