All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer or certified check to Meridian Environmental Sciences, LLC, New York, NY.
- The Biologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Freshwater Ecology from Columbia University, New York, and is a Certified Professional Biologist (CPB) in good standing with the New York State Society of Professional Biologists.
- All fieldwork will be conducted in compliance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), the United States Fish and Wildlife Service regulations, and all applicable New York City municipal codes governing biological surveys in the United States New York City area.
