• The contracted Biologist shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a related discipline, and possess at least five (5) years of field experience in tropical urban ecosystems.
• All fieldwork conducted in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall comply with the Law on Environmental Protection (2020) and the Decree No. 08/2022/NĐ-CP on environmental impact assessment.
• Intellectual property rights of all data, reports, and GIS layers produced by the Biologist shall vest in the Client upon full payment. GreenBio retains the right to anonymized data for academic publication.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, flooding in the Saigon River basin, or government-mandated lockdowns in Ho Chi Minh City, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in Ho Chi Minh City before resorting to litigation.
• The Biologist is required to submit weekly progress reports in both Vietnamese and English to the designated Client contact person.
• GreenBio shall provide full occupational health and safety coverage for the Biologist during all field operations within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City boundaries.
