- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Algeria Algiers.
- All prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of the Biomedical Engineer's professional fees, tools, and standard equipment. Specialized parts not listed in Item 08 will be billed separately at cost plus 15% handling fee.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall comply with all labor laws of the Algerian Republic, including those governing foreign technical personnel if applicable, and shall maintain valid professional registration with the Algerian Order of Engineers.
- Work will be performed at the client's premises in Algeria Algiers during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday to Thursday). Emergency corrective maintenance will be available 24/7 with a maximum response time of four (4) hours.
- The client agrees to provide the Biomedical Engineer with safe access to all equipment rooms, adequate workspace, and necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity) throughout the engagement period.
- Warranty on all calibration and repair work performed by the Biomedical Engineer is twelve (12) months from the date of service completion, excluding damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized third-party intervention.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary equipment schematics accessed by the Biomedical Engineer in Algeria Algiers shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
