Payment Terms
- 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate: $22,915.20
- 30% milestone payment upon completion of risk assessment and safety testing (Week 6): $17,186.40
- 30% final payment upon delivery of the consolidated report and completion of training sessions (Week 12): $17,186.40
- All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act.
- Payment shall be made by EFT to the account details provided on each invoice. Cheques payable to Precision Biomedical Consulting Ltd.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the Biomedical Engineer team may be subject to revision.
- All services described herein shall be performed in Canada Vancouver, British Columbia, and shall comply with all applicable federal and provincial regulations, including the Medical Devices Regulations (SOR/98-282) and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (BC).
- The Biomedical Engineer and all supporting personnel shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Additional hours will be billed at the rates specified above.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital records, and proprietary information accessed during the engagement in Canada Vancouver shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
