The Biomedical Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be executed over a period of twelve (12) months commencing upon contract signature. All on-site work will be performed at the client's premises in Chile Santiago during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00), with emergency Biomedical Engineer response available 24/7. The initial mobilization and equipment inventory assessment will be completed within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in spare parts and labor costs in Chile Santiago.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing; 30% upon completion of the first quarter of Biomedical Engineer services; 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. Payment via bank transfer to accounts in Chile.
