The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from an accredited institution, possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in hospital-grade medical device management, and maintain current certification under the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China. All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the regulations governing medical device operations in China Beijing, including but not limited to the Medical Device Supervision and Administration Regulations (MDSR) and local Beijing Municipal Health Commission directives.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period requires a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in China Beijing.
• All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes as mandated by the Beijing Municipal Tax Bureau. International transfer fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.
• The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project shall not be reassigned without prior written consent from the client. Any substitution must be of equivalent or superior qualification and experience.
• Work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, specifically those enforced within the China Beijing municipal jurisdiction, including labor, safety, and medical device regulations.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies and proprietary tools of the Biomedical Engineer remain the property of MedTech Solutions International Co., Ltd.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Beijing, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
• The client acknowledges that the Biomedical Engineer will have access to sensitive medical equipment and patient data. All parties shall adhere to the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the PRC and maintain strict confidentiality.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes MedTech Solutions International Co., Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the specified Biomedical Engineer for services to be rendered in China Beijing, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
