4.1 – A mobilization advance of 30% (¥ 185,500.80) of the Grand Total shall be remitted within ten (10) business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.2 – A progress payment of 40% (¥ 247,334.40) shall be due upon completion of the installation, commissioning, and first preventive maintenance cycle, subject to written acceptance by the client's designated project manager in Guangzhou.
4.3 – The remaining balance of 30% (¥ 185,500.80) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of all deliverables, including the final compliance audit report and training certification documents.
4.4 – All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Biomedical Engineer's registered entity in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Late payments shall accrue interest at 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under Chinese commercial contract law.
5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Guangzhou.
5.2 – The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain valid professional registration with the Chinese Medical Equipment Industry Association and carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥ 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
