- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to market fluctuations in Colombia Bogotá.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) business days from the date of invoice issuance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to Bancolombia or Davivienda accounts registered in Colombia Bogotá.
- Service Delivery: All Biomedical Engineer services shall be performed at the client's premises in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty: All corrective maintenance performed by our Biomedical Engineer team carries a ninety (90) day warranty on labor. Parts warranty is governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
