The engineer is fully versed in Egyptian Ministry of Health regulations, IEC 62353 standards, and the local accreditation requirements applicable to all healthcare facilities operating in Egypt Cairo.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of the Biomedical Engineer's professional fees, travel within Egypt Cairo, and standard tools and test equipment. Consumable parts and replacement components are billed separately at cost plus a 15% handling surcharge.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of services, and 30% upon final delivery of the annual report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to NileMed's account at Commercial International Bank, Egypt Cairo branch.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 2,000,000, valid throughout the contract period in Egypt Cairo.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational records, and proprietary technical information encountered during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the proposed Biomedical Engineer services in Egypt Cairo. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties effective from the date of the advance payment.
