1. Scope of Work – Biomedical Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediTech Solutions SARL to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a certified Biomedical Engineer operating within the France Paris metropolitan area. The scope encompasses the following activities:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of all Class IIa and IIb medical devices installed across the hospital's twelve clinical departments, including imaging equipment (MRI, CT, ultrasound), patient monitoring systems, surgical instruments, and laboratory analyzers.
- Installation, calibration, and commissioning of new biomedical equipment procured by the hospital, ensuring full compliance with French regulatory standards (ANSM) and European Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745).

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, MediTech Solutions SARL reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or resource availability within the France Paris region.
- Payment terms: 30 days net from the date of invoice. Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering (Diplôme d'Ingénieur) and be registered with the French National Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs). Professional liability insurance of no less than 1,000,000 EUR shall be maintained throughout the contract period.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with French labor law (Code du Travail), applicable health and safety regulations, and the specific requirements of the France Paris healthcare authority.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary technical documentation accessed during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all completed services up to the effective date of termination shall be invoiced and paid in full.
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned. Acceptance shall be evidenced by the return of a signed copy of this document.
