The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client facility in Ghana Accra:
- Comprehensive preventive maintenance and calibration of all diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, including but not limited to MRI scanners, CT units, ultrasound machines, patient monitors, ventilators, and defibrillators.
- Installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of newly procured biomedical devices and hospital information system hardware interfaces.
- Development and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tailored to the operational needs of the facility in Ghana Accra.
- Training of hospital technical staff on equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and safety protocols in compliance with Ghana Health Service standards.
- Preparation of annual equipment safety audits and regulatory compliance reports as required by the Ghana Standards Authority and the Ministry of Health.
- Advisory services on medical equipment procurement, vendor evaluation, and lifecycle cost analysis for the hospital administration.
- Emergency breakdown response and repair services with a guaranteed turnaround time of not more than 24 hours for critical life-support equipment.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Ghanaian Cedis exchange rate or changes in component costs in the Ghana Accra market.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of GHS 36,708.33, due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. The one-time charges (items 2, 3, and 4) shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon commencement and 50% upon completion and acceptance of deliverables.
4.3 Commencement: The Biomedical Engineer shall commence services within seven (7) working days of receipt of the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the initial payment.
4.4 Cancellation: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, all services rendered up to the date of termination shall be invoiced in full.
4.5 Liability: MediTech Biomedical Solutions Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment failure. The Biomedical Engineer's liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 30).
4.7 Confidentiality: The Biomedical Engineer and all personnel engaged under this contract shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, hospital operations, and proprietary information encountered during the course of service delivery in Ghana Accra.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer services as described herein. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
