This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediTech Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in response to the formal request received from Apollo Wellness Centre, New Delhi, India, for the professional engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to oversee, maintain, and upgrade the medical equipment infrastructure across all operational floors of the facility. This document outlines the complete scope of services, associated costs, payment schedule, and contractual terms governing the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer in India, New Delhi.
The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables at the client's premises in New Delhi, India:
- Preventive Maintenance Program: Design and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound), patient monitoring systems, surgical instruments, and laboratory analyzers installed at the facility in New Delhi, India.
- Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide on-call and scheduled corrective maintenance for all biomedical devices, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with the Medical Device Rules, 2017 as enforced by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) in India.
- Equipment Calibration and Quality Assurance: Perform periodic calibration of all critical medical devices in accordance with ISO 13485 standards and NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) guidelines applicable in New Delhi, India.
- Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Maintain complete technical documentation, service logs, and compliance records as mandated by the Drug and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and its amendments, ensuring the facility in New Delhi, India remains fully audit-ready.
- Procurement Advisory and Vendor Coordination: Advise the client on the procurement of new biomedical equipment, evaluate vendor proposals, and coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for warranty services and spare parts sourcing within India.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within 15 days of the invoice date. The first installment shall be due within 7 days of the contract commencement date. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediTech Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India. A 10% advance payment is required to mobilize the Biomedical Engineer and initiate the onboarding process at the client's facility in New Delhi, India.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India.
5.2 The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a B.Tech/M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution in India and possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in hospital equipment management.
5.3 All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Medical Device Rules, 2017, CDSCO guidelines, and applicable municipal by-laws of New Delhi, India. The Biomedical Engineer shall carry valid professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of not less than INR 50,00,000.
5.4 The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to all equipment rooms, and necessary safety gear for the Biomedical Engineer to perform duties at the New Delhi, India premises.
5.5 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the rates mutually agreed upon in writing.
5.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
5.7 This contract may be terminated by either party with a 60-day written notice. Upon termination, all documentation and service records shall be handed over to the client.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of major equipment replacement, capital expenditure on new biomedical devices, or third-party OEM warranty extensions. Such items, if required, shall be quoted separately. All rates are exclusive of any statutory deductions applicable under Indian tax law.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer at the specified facility in New Delhi, India.
