- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
- All Biomedical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Indonesian Association of Biomedical Engineers (HIMNI) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in hospital-grade medical device engineering.
- The Biomedical Engineer service provider shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage with a minimum sum insured of IDR 5,000,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All work shall comply with the Indonesian Building Code (PBI), electrical safety standards (SNI 0229), and radiation safety regulations (BAPETEN) applicable to medical facilities in the Indonesia Jakarta region.
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement between both parties.
- Warranty on all installed equipment and calibration work is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
