As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Biomedical Engineering services shall be structured as follows: an initial deposit of 30 percent (114,000 ILS) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; a second installment of 40 percent (152,000 ILS) due upon completion of the infrastructure upgrade and calibration phase; and a final payment of 30 percent (114,000 ILS) due upon successful completion of all deliverables and final regulatory sign-off in Israel Jerusalem. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Biomedical Engineer's firm. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5 percent in accordance with Israeli commercial law.

The Biomedical Engineer commits to completing all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution.
