This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Solutions Israel Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to support the Department of Radiology at Tel Aviv Medical Center. The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Israel Tel Aviv metropolitan area:
- Installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of MRI, CT, and digital X-ray imaging equipment in compliance with Israeli Ministry of Health regulations (Regulations 5610-2010).
- Biocompatibility testing and safety verification of all medical devices in accordance with IEC 60601-1 and Israeli Standards Institute (SII) requirements.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all radiology equipment, ensuring 99.2% uptime throughout the contract period.
- Technical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and emergency repair services available on a 24/7 basis within the Israel Tel Aviv service zone.
- Regulatory compliance auditing and preparation of documentation for annual inspections by the Israeli Ministry of Health Medical Devices Division.
- Training of hospital technical staff on proper operation, basic maintenance, and safety protocols for all biomedical equipment.
- Preparation of quarterly technical reports and annual performance assessments for the hospital administration.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments of 121,746.50 ILS (inclusive of VAT), due within 30 days of the invoice date. The first installment is due upon contract execution. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to MedTech Solutions Israel Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Tel Aviv, Account No. 001-456-789-012. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
5.2 The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract shall hold a valid Israeli engineering license (B.E. or M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering) and shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than 1,000,000 ILS.
5.3 All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Israeli Ministry of Health regulations, the Israeli Standards Institute (SII) standards, and applicable EU Medical Device Directive (MDR 2017/745) requirements as adopted in Israeli law.
5.4 Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
5.5 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv under the rules of the Israel Arbitration Association.
5.6 MedTech Solutions Israel Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Biomedical Engineer with a qualified equivalent, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of replacement parts, major equipment upgrades, or capital expenditure items. Any such work will be subject to a separate written estimate approved by both parties prior to commencement. All prices are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and are exclusive of any applicable customs duties or import taxes on specialized equipment shipped to Israel Tel Aviv.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer services in Israel Tel Aviv.
