1. Scope of Work – Biomedical Engineer Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Engineering Solutions S.r.l. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Biomedical Engineer operating within the Italy Naples metropolitan area. 3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations and availability of the assigned Biomedical Engineer in the Italy Naples region.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided on the invoice. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest shall apply in accordance with Italian Civil Code Article 1284.

3.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers only the services explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional work, including but not limited to emergency repairs outside the on-call scope, replacement of consumable parts, or modifications to the hospital infrastructure, shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
