Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by MedTech Solutions International Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: a 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% due at the six-month milestone, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month service period. All invoices will be issued in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract is subject to a minimum twelve-month engagement. Early termination by the client will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
- All work performed in Japan Osaka will comply with local labor regulations, occupational safety standards, and the specific requirements of the Osaka Prefectural Government for medical facility operations.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including proprietary calibration methodologies and diagnostic protocols, shall remain the property of MedTech Solutions International Co., Ltd.
