1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
2. The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this contract must hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and must demonstrate proficiency in both Kazakh and Russian languages for effective communication with hospital staff.
3. All services will be performed at the client's premises in Kazakhstan Almaty unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client shall provide the Biomedical Engineer with a dedicated workspace, access to all relevant equipment rooms, and necessary safety equipment.
4. Any changes to the scope of work, additional device installations, or extended service hours must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution.
5. MedTech Solutions Kazakhstan LLP reserves the right to substitute the assigned Biomedical Engineer with a qualified equivalent upon 14 days' written notice, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualification criteria.
6. Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational records, and proprietary technical information encountered by the Biomedical Engineer during the course of work in Kazakhstan Almaty shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting Kazakhstan Almaty.
