• Preventive Maintenance and Calibration: Scheduled inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI, CT, X-ray), patient monitoring systems, and surgical instruments at all assigned sites in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Installation and Commissioning: Full installation, configuration, and commissioning of newly procured biomedical devices, including integration with hospital information systems and network infrastructure.
• Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting: On-call and scheduled corrective maintenance for all biomedical equipment, with a guaranteed response time of no more than four (4) hours for critical failures at any facility in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Regulatory Compliance Auditing: Conducting quarterly compliance audits to ensure all biomedical devices meet the safety and performance standards mandated by the Kuwaiti regulatory authorities.
