2. Detailed Scope of Services – Biomedical Engineer EngagementThe Biomedical Engineer services encompassed in this Quotation Estimate include the following comprehensive deliverables:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: MAD 117,720.00 due upon signature of the service contract and acceptance of this quotation.
- 40% Milestone Payment: MAD 156,960.00 due upon completion of installation, commissioning, and calibration of all 14 devices.
- 30% Final Payment: MAD 117,720.00 due upon delivery of the complete regulatory compliance dossier, training completion, and final acceptance by the client.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MedTech Solutions Casablanca SARL, Bank of Africa (BMCE), IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0001 2345 6789 012, Casablanca branch. Payment is due within 15 calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in spare parts and consumables.
- All Biomedical Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Morocco Casablanca hold valid professional certifications from the Moroccan Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs du Maroc) and relevant international accreditations (IEEE, IEC).
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all equipment rooms, adequate electrical supply (220V/50Hz), and a dedicated workspace for the Biomedical Engineer team during the engagement period.
- Warranty on all installation and calibration work is 12 months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
