This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by MediTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. in response to the request for professional Biomedical Engineer services to be deployed and executed within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area. All pricing contained in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates applicable to the Nigeria Abuja region as of June 2025, inclusive of applicable taxes, logistics, and professional overheads. The scope of work has been tailored specifically to meet the operational requirements of a tertiary healthcare institution operating in the Federal Capital Territory.
The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services at the client's facility in Nigeria Abuja:
- Comprehensive calibration and performance verification of all Class II and Class III medical devices, including but not limited to ECG machines, patient monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and autoclaves.
- Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution for a minimum of 120 medical devices across the hospital's radiology, surgery, intensive care, and laboratory departments.
- Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning biomedical equipment, with a guaranteed response time of not more than 4 hours for critical devices.
- Technical documentation, maintenance logging, and regulatory compliance reporting in accordance with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council (NMD) guidelines.
- Training of hospital technical staff on basic equipment handling, safety protocols, and first-line fault identification.
- Quarterly site visits to Nigeria Abuja for follow-up inspections and performance audits of all serviced devices.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Nigeria Abuja engineering services sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance payment of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon contract execution. The remaining 60% shall be disbursed in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of the first six months of Biomedical Engineer services, and the final 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement.
4.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services of one (1) senior Biomedical Engineer and one (1) junior technician assistant. Any additional personnel, expedited services, or out-of-scope repairs shall be quoted separately at prevailing rates.
4.4 Warranty: All repairs and calibrations performed by the Biomedical Engineer under this engagement carry a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of service completion. This warranty is valid only for equipment serviced at the designated Nigeria Abuja facility.
4.5 Cancellation: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, all services rendered up to the date of termination shall be invoiced in full.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT.
Note: All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to adjustment in the event of significant changes in the exchange rate or government-mandated tax policy changes within the Nigeria Abuja jurisdiction during the contract period.
