This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional services from the Biomedical Engineering Department of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. The scope of work outlined below pertains to the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to provide comprehensive equipment maintenance, calibration, and technical advisory services within the Nigeria Lagos healthcare infrastructure. All pricing is quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a professionally certified practitioner registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in hospital-grade medical device maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and regulatory compliance within the Nigeria Lagos medical sector. The services include but are not limited to the following:

- A mobilization advance of 30% (NGN 13,354,725) shall be paid within seven (7) working days of contract execution.
- Progress payments of 25% shall be disbursed at the completion of each quarterly milestone as verified by the hospital's procurement committee.
- The final balance of 20% shall be paid within fourteen (14) days of successful project handover and acceptance sign-off.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediTech Engineering Solutions Ltd., First Bank of Nigeria, Victoria Island Branch, Lagos, Account No: 3045 8821 7764.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project shall be a named individual and shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client.
- All work shall comply with the National Health Act 2014, NAFDAC regulations, and COREN professional standards applicable in Nigeria.
- MediTech Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall carry professional indemnity insurance of not less than NGN 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- The client shall provide reasonable access to all hospital facilities, equipment rooms, and relevant technical documentation to enable the Biomedical Engineer to perform duties efficiently.
