The Biomedical Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan Islamabad, and possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in hospital equipment lifecycle management. The engineer is registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holds valid certifications from the Pakistan Medical Device Authority (PMDA).
The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's premises in Pakistan Islamabad:
- Installation, commissioning, and initial calibration of newly procured medical devices including MRI scanners, CT units, ultrasound systems, and patient monitors.
- Scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) of all biomedical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and PMDA regulatory guidelines applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment with a guaranteed response time of four (4) working hours for critical devices.
- Annual safety inspections and electrical safety testing of all powered medical equipment as mandated by the Pakistan Medical Device Authority.
- Maintenance of a complete digital asset register and service log for all biomedical equipment managed under this contract.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the account of MediTech Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., National Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan Islamabad Branch:
- 30% Advance: PKR 4,003,740 upon signing of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone: PKR 5,338,320 payable after completion of the first six (6) months of service.
- 30% Final: PKR 4,003,740 payable upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract period and submission of the final annual report.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market rates in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned under this contract shall not be reassigned without prior written consent from the client's biomedical department head.
- All work performed shall comply with the Pakistan Medical Device Authority (PMDA) regulations, the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) code of conduct, and applicable standards of the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA).
- The client shall provide the Biomedical Engineer with a dedicated workspace, access to all equipment rooms, and necessary safety equipment at the Pakistan Islamabad facility.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be billed separately at the hourly rate of PKR 8,500 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- Warranty on all corrective maintenance work performed by the Biomedical Engineer shall be ninety (90) days from the date of repair.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer at the facility in Pakistan Islamabad.
