This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediTech Solutions Qatar W.L.L. to provide comprehensive professional services of a certified Biomedical Engineer for the period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of contract execution. The Biomedical Engineer shall be deployed on-site at the client's facility located in Qatar Doha and shall perform all duties in accordance with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of the State of Qatar and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62353 guidelines for medical electrical equipment.
The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline, possess at least five (5) years of progressive experience in hospital medical equipment management, and maintain valid professional registration with the Qatar Engineers Society. All services rendered in Qatar Doha shall comply with local labor laws, Qatarization requirements, and the occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Ministry of Labour.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of each month's service delivery.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall work a standard schedule of 48 hours per week (Sunday through Thursday) as per Qatar labor regulations. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the hourly rate and is not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- All services shall be performed at the client's designated facility in Qatar Doha. Any off-site work or travel to other emirates or countries shall be billed separately at a rate of QAR 350 per hour plus actual travel expenses.
- The client shall provide the Biomedical Engineer with a dedicated workspace, access to all relevant equipment rooms, and necessary safety gear. Failure to provide these may result in service delays for which MediTech Solutions Qatar W.L.L. shall not be liable.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of spare parts, replacement components, or third-party manufacturer service contracts. Such costs shall be quoted separately upon request.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, proprietary medical technology, and operational information encountered during the course of work in Qatar Doha, in compliance with Qatar's data protection regulations.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Biomedical Engineer in Qatar Doha. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding agreement for the services described herein.
