1. Scope of Work — Biomedical Engineer Services in Russia Moscow
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Solutions International LLC to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Biomedical Engineer for the Sechenov University Medical Center. All services described herein are to be performed within the Russia Moscow jurisdiction in full compliance with the Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Protection of the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation," GOST R 50690-93 safety standards, and the requirements of Roszdravnadzor (Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare). The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a valid professional certification issued by the Russian Ministry of Health and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the maintenance, calibration, and regulatory oversight of clinical diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-issuance and may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Russia Moscow region.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of the on-site assessment and calibration phase; 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of all regulatory documentation to Roszdravnadzor.
- All services shall be performed by qualified Biomedical Engineers holding valid Russian professional certifications. The lead Biomedical Engineer shall be available on-site in Moscow for a minimum of five (5) days per week during active project phases.
- The client shall provide safe access to all equipment rooms, electrical panels, and restricted areas within the Moscow facility. The client is responsible for coordinating patient scheduling to minimize clinical disruption during maintenance windows.
- Any additional services, emergency repairs beyond the scope of Item 4, or supply of parts not listed in Appendix A shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- All work shall comply with the labor laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 426-FZ on special assessments of working conditions, and all Biomedical Engineers shall be covered by mandatory social insurance.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, equipment serial numbers, and institutional records accessed during the course of this engagement in Russia Moscow shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty is provided on all calibration and repair work performed by the Biomedical Engineer team. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
