The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for the preventive maintenance of imaging systems (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound), patient monitoring devices, surgical instruments, laboratory analyzers, and all electromedical equipment. The engineer will ensure full compliance with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, the Ministry of Health (MOH) standards, and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract shall hold a valid Saudi professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and a current Iqama (residence permit) valid in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 20% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month contract period.
• All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Biomedical Engineer shall work a standard schedule of 48 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday) with on-call availability for emergency breakdowns. Overtime beyond the standard schedule shall be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
• MedTech Solutions & Engineering Services Co. Ltd. shall provide all necessary tools, diagnostic instruments, and calibration equipment required for the Biomedical Engineer to perform duties. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, parking, and access to all hospital departments.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of spare parts, replacement components, or major equipment repairs exceeding SAR 15,000 per incident. Such costs shall be quoted separately with prior written approval from the client.
• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this contract through amicable negotiation, followed by arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, hospital operations, and proprietary information in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.
• Early termination of the contract by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Biomedical Engineer services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
