- Confidentiality: All patient data, institutional records, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement.
