This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Solutions Iberia S.L. to provide comprehensive Biomedical Engineer professional services at the Hospital Universitari i Politècnic La Fe facility located in Spain Valencia. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle management of diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, including preventive maintenance, calibration, regulatory compliance auditing, and technical consulting in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1591/1997 and the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from MedTech Solutions Iberia S.L.
- All services described herein will be performed by qualified Biomedical Engineer professionals holding valid registration with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos Industriales de Valencia and the corresponding professional liability insurance.
- Payment terms: 40% upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the preventive maintenance and calibration phases, and 20% upon delivery of the final annual technical report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial invoice.
- The Biomedical Engineer team will comply with all applicable Spanish data protection regulations (LOPDGDD 3/2018) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling any patient-related equipment data within the Spain Valencia facility.
- Warranty: All corrective interventions performed by our Biomedical Engineer staff carry a minimum 12-month warranty on labour and 6-month warranty on replaced components, unless otherwise stated by the original equipment manufacturer.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies declared by the Generalitat Valenciana, may affect service timelines. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith any schedule adjustments arising from such events.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The governing law for any disputes shall be that of the Kingdom of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
- All work will be conducted in accordance with the technical standards established by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) and the specific protocols of the Comunitat Valenciana health service (Servei Català de la Salut / Conselleria de Sanitat).
