The Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month service contract commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026. All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations, the Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) standards, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62353 guidelines applicable to biomedical equipment in Thailand Bangkok.
Our team of certified Biomedical Engineer professionals will provide the following services to the client facility located in Thailand Bangkok:
- Preventive Maintenance Program: Scheduled quarterly inspections and maintenance of all biomedical equipment including MRI scanners, CT imaging systems, patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, defibrillators, and surgical instruments. Each Biomedical Engineer on our team holds a minimum of five years of experience in clinical engineering within Thai hospitals.
- Calibration and Testing: Full metrological calibration of all diagnostic and therapeutic devices in accordance with ISO 13485 quality management standards. Calibration certificates will be issued for each device serviced.
- Corrective Maintenance and Repairs: On-call response within four (4) business hours for critical equipment failures at the Thailand Bangkok facility. Our Biomedical Engineer staff will perform fault diagnosis, component replacement, and functional verification.
- Equipment Risk Assessment: Annual comprehensive risk analysis of all biomedical assets, including electrical safety testing (IEC 62353), performance verification, and documentation of findings.
- Training and Technical Support: Two on-site training sessions per year for hospital technical staff, conducted by our lead Biomedical Engineer, covering safe operation, basic troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance in Thailand Bangkok.
- Regulatory Compliance Auditing: Semi-annual audits to ensure all biomedical equipment meets the current Thai Medical Device Act (B.E. 2551) and TFDA registration requirements.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment structure for the Biomedical Engineer services contract:
- 30% Advance Payment: THB 2,258,556 due within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract signature.
- Quarterly Installments: THB 1,313,241 payable at the end of each calendar quarter (Q1: Oct 2025, Q2: Jan 2026, Q3: Apr 2026, Q4: Jul 2026).
- Final Settlement: Any remaining balance to be settled within thirty (30) days of contract completion.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediTech Biomedical Solutions Co., Ltd., Bank of Ayudhya, Branch: Sukhumvit, Thailand Bangkok. Account No. 049-2-55887-1.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
5.2 All Biomedical Engineer personnel assigned to this contract shall hold valid Thai professional licenses and shall maintain current certifications in clinical engineering and biomedical device maintenance.
5.3 The client agrees to provide safe access to all equipment rooms, server rooms, and clinical areas within the Thailand Bangkok facility during agreed service windows.
5.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
5.5 Liability for equipment damage caused by the Biomedical Engineer team during the course of service shall be limited to the replacement cost of the damaged component, up to a maximum of THB 500,000 per incident.
5.6 This contract is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
5.7 Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, hospital operations, and proprietary technical information encountered during the engagement.
