Scope of Work – Biomedical Engineer Services in Turkey AnkaraThis Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by a certified Biomedical Engineer operating within the Turkey Ankara metropolitan region. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle management of medical devices, diagnostic imaging systems, laboratory analyzers, and patient monitoring equipment deployed across the client's hospital facilities. All services shall comply with the Turkish Medical Devices Regulation (Tıbbi Cihazlar Yönetmeliği), ISO 13485 quality management standards, and the specific operational protocols established by the Ankara Provincial Health Directorate.
The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in clinical engineering, possess a valid Turkish professional registration (Türk Mühendis ve Mimar Odaları Birliği – TMMOB), and demonstrate proficiency in both Turkish and English technical documentation. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Turkey Ankara for specialized biomedical engineering services.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments (25% per quarter) via bank transfer to the account specified by MedTech Solutions Ankara Ltd. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest shall apply to overdue invoices in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
- Commencement: Services shall commence within fifteen (15) business days of mutual signature of the service agreement and receipt of the initial 25% advance payment.
- Biomedical Engineer Availability: The assigned Biomedical Engineer shall be available on-site a minimum of five (5) days per week during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) and on a 24/7 on-call basis for critical equipment failures.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary technical documentation encountered during the engagement in Turkey Ankara shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – 6698).
- Warranty: All calibration and repair work performed by the Biomedical Engineer carries a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty period.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
