All amounts are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). This Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates in Uganda Kampala as of June 2025 and is subject to adjustment in the event of significant currency fluctuation or changes in import duties on medical equipment components.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Uganda Kampala market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month engagement period.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall be subject to the hospital's code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, and all applicable labor laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- Any additional services or emergency repairs beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the rates agreed upon in a supplementary addendum.
