The total estimated duration for the Biomedical Engineer engagement is approximately 180 calendar days (six months) from the date of contract execution. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. All work will be conducted on-site at the client's facility in United States Chicago unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of major milestones (Items 02 and 03), and 30% upon final project acceptance and delivery of all documentation.
- All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Illinois commercial law.
