This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedTech Solutions & Engineering Group, LLC, a licensed professional services firm headquartered in United States Houston, Texas, to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial projection for the engagement of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to perform clinical equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance auditing, and technical consulting services at the St. Catherine Medical Center facility. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the attached Service Agreement. All pricing reflects current market rates for Biomedical Engineer professional services within the United States Houston metropolitan area as of the date of issue.
The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, a valid Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in clinical device maintenance and hospital equipment lifecycle management. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on current Biomedical Engineer labor market conditions in United States Houston.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued on a monthly basis, net thirty (30) days from invoice date. A 1.5% monthly late fee shall apply to overdue balances. A 10% mobilization deposit is required prior to commencement of services.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional Biomedical Engineer hours or device calibrations will be billed at the unit rates specified in Section 2.
- Liability and Insurance: MedTech Solutions & Engineering Group, LLC maintains General Liability Insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage of $5,000,000. The Biomedical Engineer performing services shall operate under the supervision of a licensed Texas P.E.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary device configurations encountered during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the terms of the executed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States Houston, Harris County, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered and non-cancellable commitments up to the termination date.
- Warranty: All calibration and maintenance work performed by the Biomedical Engineer is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service. Defects in workmanship within this period shall be corrected at no additional charge.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes MedTech Solutions & Engineering Group, LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Biomedical Engineer services as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions stated above. This signature does not constitute a final purchase order but serves as a letter of intent to proceed with contract execution.
