The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution. The candidate must possess a valid professional license issued by the relevant authority in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in hospital biomedical engineering, and demonstrated proficiency with the specific equipment inventory of the client facility. Fluency in both Uzbek and Russian languages is mandatory, as all technical documentation, regulatory filings, and staff communications in Uzbekistan Tashkent are conducted in these languages. The engineer must also be familiar with ISO 13485, IEC 62353, and the specific technical regulations of the Uzbekistan State Committee for Standardization.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiry date, all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments. The first installment (25%) is due within fifteen (15) business days of contract signing. Subsequent quarterly payments (25% each) are due on the first business day of each quarter. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MedTech Solutions Uzbekistan LLP at the National Bank of Uzbekistan.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be billed at the hourly rate of 1,200,000 UZS per hour for the Biomedical Engineer's time, plus applicable parts and materials.
4.4 Liability and Insurance: MedTech Solutions Uzbekistan LLP shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 UZS for the duration of the contract. The Biomedical Engineer shall operate in strict accordance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
4.5 Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and technical records accessed during the course of this engagement are subject to strict confidentiality as mandated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
