The following expenses are estimated and will be reimbursed at actual cost upon presentation of valid documentation. These are not included in the professional fees above:
- Local transportation within Córdoba city and surrounding departments: estimated ARS 120,000
- Inter-provincial travel (if required for site visits to other Argentine provinces): estimated ARS 250,000

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, fees and availability of the Business Consultant may be subject to revision.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Week 11); 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account of Andes Strategic Advisory S.R.L., CUIT 30-XXXXXXXX-X, Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Córdoba.
- IVA and Taxes: All fees are subject to the applicable Argentine Value Added Tax (IVA) at 21%. The Business Consultant will issue the corresponding Factura A or Factura B as required by the client's tax classification.
- Confidentiality: The Business Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality over all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data of the client, in accordance with Argentine data protection law (Ley 25.326) and the specific NDA to be executed prior to commencement.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, strategies, frameworks, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Business Consultant retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymized case studies.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the local Chamber of Commerce. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent civil and commercial courts of Córdoba Province.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or economic emergencies declared in Argentina.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with specific application of Córdoba provincial commercial regulations where applicable.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of services provided by the Business Consultant, and authorizes Andes Strategic Advisory S.R.L. to proceed with the engagement under the terms described herein.
