This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions. Should any of these conditions change materially, the Business Consultant reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate:

• The client will provide timely access to all relevant financial records, operational data, and key personnel for interviews and workshops.
• Travel within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area (including the CBD, inner suburbs, and the Logan/Moreton Bay corridor) is included. Travel to locations outside this region will be billed at cost plus 15%.
• The engagement assumes a standard 40-hour working week. Overtime or after-hours work will be charged at 1.5 times the applicable hourly rate.
• Third-party software licences, data acquisition costs, and external specialist referrals (e.g., tax accountants, legal counsel) are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be invoiced separately at cost.
• All deliverables will be provided in digital format (PDF and editable Word/Excel). Printed materials are not included unless specifically requested.

• Deposit: 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value ($14,143.25 incl. GST) is due upon acceptance of this document and prior to commencement of work.
• Milestone Payments: 40% is due upon delivery of the Strategic Business Review and Growth Strategy documents (approximately Week 6).
• Final Payment: The remaining 35% is due upon completion of the Implementation Support phase (approximately Week 22).
• Monthly Retainer: The ongoing Regulatory & Compliance Advisory fee of $1,850.00 + GST per month is payable in advance on the first business day of each month.
• All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law (currently 10% per annum).
• Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer (EFT) to the Business Consultant's nominated Australian bank account. Cheque payments are not accepted.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Business Consultant shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000, as required under Australian professional services standards.
• All work product, reports, and strategic documents produced under this engagement shall become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
• Confidentiality: The Business Consultant agrees to treat all client information as strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Queensland privacy legislation. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to commencement.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all fees for work completed to date plus a 10% cancellation surcharge on the remaining contract value shall be payable.
• This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
• The Business Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the client. Nothing in this Quotation Estimate creates a partnership or joint venture.
