Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 25% Deposit: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement. This secures the Business Consultant's availability and initiates the project timeline.
- Monthly Progress Payments: 50% of the total engagement fee shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, aligned with milestone deliverables as outlined in the project schedule.
- Final Payment: The remaining 25% shall be due upon completion of all deliverables and formal sign-off by the client's authorised representative.
- All payments are to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our nominated Australian bank account. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue in accordance with Victorian commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Business Consultant may be subject to revision.
- All services will be performed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Professional Services Act applicable in the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne.
- The Business Consultant shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $10,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
