2. Scope of Services – Business Consultant Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Sydney Strategic Advisory Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Business Consultant to deliver strategic advisory services to Harbourview Logistics Group Pty Ltd. The engagement is specifically tailored to the operational, regulatory, and market conditions unique to the Australia Sydney metropolitan business environment. The Business Consultant will operate in accordance with all applicable Australian Standards, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and the relevant New South Wales state legislation governing commercial advisory practices.

4. Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit (AUD $68,646.60 incl. GST) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal Service Agreement.
- Remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments aligned to the project milestones outlined in Section 3.
- All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date, in accordance with standard Australian commercial practice.
- Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. Cheques are not accepted.
- Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
5. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the Business Consultant are subject to reconfirmation.
- All services will be delivered by a qualified Business Consultant engaged by Sydney Strategic Advisory Pty Ltd. The consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
- The Business Consultant shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance (minimum AUD $10,000,000) and public liability insurance throughout the engagement period.
- All work product, reports, strategic plans, and financial models developed under this engagement shall become the sole intellectual property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
- Confidentiality: The Business Consultant is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Principles applicable in Australia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the additional work. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any such variations.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Australian Dispute Resolution Centre, Sydney. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
6. Acceptance of Quotation Estimate
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Business Consultant services and agrees to the terms, conditions, and estimated costs outlined herein. This acceptance authorises Sydney Strategic Advisory Pty Ltd to commence the engagement as described.
